About This Role
- Lead technical design and development of healthcare applications using Java and Spring Boot Microservices.
- Collaborate with architects and core teams to understand and improve system architecture, code quality, and performance via benchmarks and metrics.
- Develop frameworks and support models tailored to client requirements while guiding SW development and deployment strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Java development and software engineering.
- Engineering degree (BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc) is mandatory.
- Proficient in Java 9+, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, SQL and NoSQL databases, Angular 12+ or ReactJS.
- Experience with manual and automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium) and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Java-based microservices development within agile teams, capable of architectural understanding and reverse engineering code.
- Skilled in designing and implementing frameworks, benchmarking, and performance monitoring tools.
- Comfortable collaborating closely with senior architects and technical leads to influence software development and deployment decisions.
