About This Role
- Lead business analysis and stakeholder management across front-to-back office teams including Business Operations, Risk, Compliance, Trading Desks, Product Control, and IT for OTC derivatives reconciliations.
- Drive end-to-end change management and optimization of Xceptor platform configurations and workflows, including onboarding new reconciliation use cases.
- Provide tier-2/3 BAU support for operational issues, root-cause analysis of production incidents, and coordinate UAT testing with Business Operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in capital markets/investment banking with deep knowledge of OTC Derivatives products.
- Hands-on experience with reconciliation platforms such as Intellimatch, Gresham, SmartStream TLM, Duco, Xceptor, or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Location requirement: Senior level role based in Mumbai, India. Notice period not explicitly mentioned.
