About This Role
- Lead and facilitate Agile delivery teams by managing Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
- Coordinate releases and dependencies across multiple Agile teams, driving risk mitigation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, and business stakeholders to achieve sprint goals, maintain delivery velocity, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years total experience in IT, software delivery, or related business roles.
- At least 3 years experience specifically as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Engineering, or related field; 3 years additional work experience may substitute degree.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing Agile delivery metrics, and coordinating with cross-functional technology teams in enterprise settings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to lead complex Agile delivery with multiple teams in large-scale or enterprise environments, preferably with experience in Mobile, Digital, or Web app projects.
- Experienced in Agile transformation initiatives including coaching teams across maturity levels and driving Agile adoption at scale.
- Holds or is prepared to obtain Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, or PMP and is proficient with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
