About This Role
- Manage and administer end-to-end SAP Basis activities across multiple SAP environments including S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Solution Manager, Fiori, and SAP BTP.
- Oversee SAP system installations, upgrades, transport management, performance monitoring, and database administration (HANA/Oracle/SQL).
- Provide technical leadership by troubleshooting system issues, ensuring compliance, supporting implementations and migrations, and mentoring junior consultants.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration experience.
- Experience with 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Bluefield).
- Location: Mumbai.

- Proven experience in managing SAP Basis operations for complex landscapes including multiple SAP modules and database platforms.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA system administration and migration projects, especially end-to-end implementations.
- Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate across infrastructure, cloud, and network teams to ensure system stability and compliance.
