About This Role
- Provide business analytics services to business units, transforming complex data into actionable insights for decision making.
- Analyze external market dynamics and internal data trends using statistical and quantitative methods to assess business performance.
- Manage multiple projects with strategic stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of analytics deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years proven working experience as a business analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake for data querying and manipulation.
- Knowledge of supply chain SAP preferred.
- Experience in project management, including Agile/SCRUM methodologies; PMP certification is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical data into clear business requirements and insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple analytics or business intelligence projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI and process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean concepts.
