About This Role
- Lead SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) implementations, rollouts, and support in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Design and configure end-to-end maintenance management solutions including preventive, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance processes.
- Lead workshops, business assessments, solution design, testing, deployment, and Hypercare support while integrating SAP PM with related modules (MM, PP, FI/CO, QM).
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of hands-on SAP PM consulting experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong expertise in SAP PM processes: Functional Locations, Equipment Management, Maintenance Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Task Lists, Work Centers, and Maintenance Scheduling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading Fit-to-Standard workshops and business process transformation discussions independently.
- Background in Manufacturing, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Mining, Pharma, Automotive, or other asset-intensive industries.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, Agile delivery, and large-scale SAP transformation programs preferred.
