About This Role
- Lead strategic analytics to support data-driven decision making for Sandoz’s pharmaceutical portfolio and pipeline.
- Provide independent analytical and strategic decision support to commercial and marketing stakeholders, influencing business outcomes across brands and therapeutic areas.
- Manage performance measurement, ROI analysis, competitor analytics, and produce compelling reports and presentations for senior leadership and governance forums.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics with knowledge of European pharmaceutical markets.
- Proficiency in pharmaceutical commercial datasets such as IQVIA, Evaluate Pharma, IPD, Clarivate DRG.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); VBA proficiency is a plus.
- Experience developing and managing dashboards using PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense; working knowledge of Alteryx or Databricks is a plus.

- Experienced in leading multiple analytics projects and prioritizing tasks in changing environments.
- Able to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels, including senior leadership.
- Proficient in standardizing and automating KPIs and reports across markets with strong business and commercial data insight.
