About This Role
- Analyze client finance operations and develop tailored finance transformation roadmaps including operating models and technology improvements.
- Advise CFOs and finance leaders on finance strategy, process re-engineering, fast close/reporting, budgeting, planning, and performance measurement to enhance finance function effectiveness.
- Lead or contribute to end-to-end client engagements driving improvements in finance operations and stakeholder management.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-7 years relevant experience in consulting and/or industry roles post-qualification preferred.
- Chartered Accountant qualification (CA qualified) preferred with 1st attempt and strong articleship, or post graduate degree in Finance from a premium institute preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (location: Bangalore/Delhi/Mumbai).
- Experience managing client engagements and teams; knowledge of finance technologies like BPM and Enterprise Performance Management tools.

- Experienced in advising finance organizations on strategy, process optimization, and technology deployment within transformative projects.
- Able to lead client teams and manage complex finance transformation programs to measurable impact.
