About This Role
- Analyze and translate complex business requirements into functional solution designs for ServiceNow platform.
- Support end-to-end solution delivery from requirements gathering through implementation across multiple business domains.

Minimum Requirements
- 10-14 years of total IT work experience.
- At least 3 years experience as a Solution Analyst or similar business analysis role.
- Location: Hyderabad, India.
- Commitment to learn ServiceNow and obtain relevant certifications (self-driven investment in learning).
