- Lead complex ERP product teams and oversee delivery across multiple products with significant complexity.

Minimum Requirements
- Experience leading complex ERP product teams and managing major programs across products or product lines.
- Proven track record as a Product Owner in large ERP products with enterprise-level reporting.
- Proficient ERP business process domain knowledge and expert-level skills in requirements, data, usability, and process analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders across portfolios.

- Experienced in driving cross-product ERP initiatives and managing enterprise-level program delivery.
- Capable of acting as a Product Owner and mentoring teams, contributing to talent acquisition and capability development.
