About This Role
- Maintain accurate accounting records and handle day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in preparation of financial reports, bank reconciliations, month-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with IHG policies and statutory regulations including GST and TDS; support internal and external audits.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance; MBA (Finance) or equivalent preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in hospitality or service sector.
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sun, Osais) and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance related to billing and collections.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in hospitality or service sector finance operations with accountability for accounts receivable and compliance.
- Familiarity with multiple financial and accounting software tools, including reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Capable of coordinating financial activities and communications with multiple stakeholders across hotel locations.
