About This Role
- Own and execute the property’s strategic financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and profit improvement initiatives.
- Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strong operational controls.
- Provide financial expertise and advice to key stakeholders, including owners and executive leadership, ensuring alignment with business strategy and ROI expectations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field with minimum 2 years experience OR Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field with no experience required.
- Proven experience in finance and accounting within a professional/business environment.
- Ability to manage and oversee audit processes and ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years if Bachelor's degree, no experience if Master's degree.
