About This Role
- Lead hands-on development and architecture design focusing on RESTful APIs, microservices, and domain-driven design for the Equity post-trade platform.
- Drive modernization of legacy monolithic, database-heavy systems by refactoring and modularizing business logic.
- Mentor and technically lead a distributed engineering team across Stockholm and Pune, promoting best practices, code quality, and system resilience.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience working on enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong programming skills in SQL, C#, and .NET with hands-on coding experience.
- Proven experience in API design, microservices architecture, domain-driven design, and legacy system modernization.
- Experience leading and mentoring distributed teams and familiarity with CI/CD, Azure cloud, Git, and DevOps practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving technical transformation and modernization of complex, monolithic banking or capital markets systems.
- Capable of balancing hands-on coding with strategic architectural decision-making and team leadership.
- Preferred expertise in Equity post-trade or capital markets domain and working in product organizations with strong tech-business collaboration.
