About This Role
- Lead AI maturity assessments and benchmark current state versus target capabilities for business units, functions, and regions.
- Develop AI transformation roadmaps and operating models, incorporating business cases and ROI models to track value realization.
- Act as trusted advisor to client leadership, guide scale-up of AI use cases from PoC to production, and define change management and capability-building interventions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in AI/digital strategy, management consulting, enterprise transformation, or business architecture.
- Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/PhD or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML and GenAI landscape including adoption challenges and scaling PoCs to production.
- Experience with AI maturity/capability frameworks, operating model design, transformation roadmap development, business case and ROI modeling, and exposure to MLOps, Responsible AI, and AI Governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in strategic AI transformation consulting with ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders without authority.
- Comfortable working across business, engineering, and architecture teams within services or product organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical AI capabilities into actionable business transformation roadmaps and measurable value realization.
