About This Role
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, ensuring professional growth, technical mastery, and cultural inclusivity across cross-functional and global teams.
- Provide technical leadership in AI and computer vision solution design and deployment, maintaining high software engineering standards and managing project delivery in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and effective problem-solving while managing resources, performance reviews, and aligning development with product and technical roadmaps.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years proven software development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven matrix and stakeholder management experience in virtual and diverse teams.
- Office presence required 4 days per week as per company policy.
