About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications using Agentic AI SDLC and AI accelerated delivery.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI system architectures in collaboration with stakeholders including product owners and architects.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI capability development within the team.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of Full stack development experience with React/Angular and .net/Java/Python.
- Proven skills in databases (SQL or NoSQL), Git, DevSecOps toolchain, and unit test automation tools such as Playwright.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, SDLC, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Prompt Engineering including familiarity with Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated expertise in AI software delivery with experience in integrating AI solutions end-to-end in enterprise environments.
- Ability to strategically select and implement AI solutions considering business impact, including knowledge of RAG systems, Vector Databases, and Embeddings.
- Experienced in business analysis, stakeholder management, and customer-facing roles with a strong ownership mindset and focus on solving complex problems.
