About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of complex cloud-native platform components, managing them from design through production operation.
- Act as technical lead for major features, translating ambiguous problems into clear, scalable designs aligned with platform architecture and long-term strategy.
- Maintain hands-on involvement across design, coding, and review of Kubernetes operators, infrastructure automation, and platform services with a focus on reliability and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native platforms in production environments.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience developing and operating Kubernetes Operators, Admission Controllers, and managing platform capabilities including deployments, upgrades, and production operations.
- Strong software engineering skills in Go and deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture and stateful workloads on Kubernetes.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years focused on Kubernetes platform infrastructure and distributed systems.

- Experienced technical leader comfortable driving complex initiatives end-to-end from architecture to operational support in cloud-native and Kubernetes environments.
- Strong expertise in building scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems and platform automation with practical knowledge of observability, reliability best practices, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Able to collaborate with senior engineering leadership to shape technical strategy and elevate engineering quality through mentorship and technical guidance.
