About This Role
- Lead development and execution of third-party vendor risk management strategy aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee comprehensive risk assessment, monitoring, lifecycle management, and incident resolution for high-risk vendors.
- Manage vendor risk team, coordinate audits, ensure compliance, and implement reporting mechanisms and risk frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 8-10 years total work experience with over 5 years in third-party/vendor risk management, compliance, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, DORA, SOC) and vendor risk management policies.
- Location: Pune, India; Onsite work expected at least three days per week.

- Experienced leader with proven ability managing complex, high-risk vendor portfolios in regulated industries such as financial services or insurance.
- Familiar with third-party risk management tools and collaboration with legal, procurement, IT, and compliance functions.
- Strategic thinker capable of influencing organizational risk culture and communicating complex vendor risks to senior leadership.
