About This Role
- Lead Finance & Accounting transformation engagements focusing on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with AI-enabled process redesign and value realization.
- Own AI-driven process diagnostics, mapping, gap analysis, and design of future-state operating models incorporating GenAI and multi-agent AI frameworks.
- Manage executive stakeholder engagement at CFO/Controller levels, program leadership across multiple workstreams, and contribute to business development efforts including proposal and practice growth.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: 11-16 years in finance transformation or related domains.
- Mandatory qualifications: CA / CPA / MBA Finance / B.Tech / B.E / Bachelors in Data Science from a Tier 1 institute.
- Proven expertise in AI-led process transformation in Enterprise Performance Management, Connected Planning or Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Location requirement: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior leader able to integrate deep FP&A domain expertise with advanced AI technologies including Generative AI and multi-agent frameworks for transformative impact.
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-workstream programs involving Finance, Technology, and Change Management with measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable working with C-suite stakeholders (CFOs, Controllers) to secure sponsorship and drive adoption of AI-enabled finance transformations.
