- Drive and execute regional procurement strategy focused on supplier diversification, cost optimization, and category competitiveness.
- Manage supplier relationships including evaluations, negotiations, and performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery standards.
- Lead procurement team, collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage data analytics to optimize supply chain efficiency and support business growth.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing or electronics.
- Proven experience in procurement/category management and supplier relationship management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools.
