About This Role
- Provide operational control over third-party management, stock/order administration, vendor financials, product-change testing, and embossing support.
- Serve as primary liaison between HSBC stakeholders and external vendor to ensure smooth card operations and embossing activities.
- Manage a team responsible for embossing operations including file processing, complaint resolution, and operational escalations.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or above in any discipline.
- 10-12 years of experience; experience with credit card operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of credit card operations and vendor management.
- Work Experience Required: 10-12 years

- Experienced in managing third-party governance and vendor coordination in credit card operations.
- Capable of overseeing end-to-end card product delivery including stock, financial reconciliation, and testing support.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, risk-awareness, and leadership skills managing operational teams within financial services.
