About This Role
- Administer and maintain enterprise email security platforms ensuring high availability, performance, and operational health.
- Monitor, detect, and respond to email-based threats including phishing, malware, BEC, and spoofing, coordinating remediation activities and vendor escalations.
- Generate security and operational reports, maintain compliance with security policies, and support continuous improvement of email security capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 3–8 years of experience supporting or engineering enterprise email security platforms (3–5 years for Mid-Level, 5–8 years for Senior Engineer).
- Experience with one or more email security platforms such as Microsoft Defender for Office 365, EOP, Proofpoint, Mimecast, Cisco Secure Email, Barracuda, or Google Workspace Security.
- Strong knowledge of email authentication technologies (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), SMTP, email routing, and mail flow.

- Experienced in managing complex enterprise email security environments with a focus on platform stability and threat protection.
- Demonstrates capability in coordinating across multiple teams and OEM vendors for incident response and issue resolution.
- Skilled in utilizing SIEM platforms and operational reporting tools to monitor email threat trends, platform health, and SLA compliance.
