About This Role
- Lead end-to-end FP&A process transformation workstreams with a focus on AI use case identification and process design to deliver measurable business impact.
- Design, architect, and deploy Agentic/GenAI-powered finance solutions collaborating closely with Finance SMEs and AI/data engineers.
- Manage and coach project teams (3-6 members), ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction throughout engagement lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-11 years of relevant work experience.
- Educational qualifications: CA / CPA / MBA Finance / B.Tech / B.E / Bachelors in Data Science from Tier 1 institutes.
- Strong skills in Finance / FP&A / Connected Planning process transformation with AI use case identification and process design exposure.
- Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in advanced AI/ML technologies applied to forecasting and FP&A (e.g., predictive analytics, anomaly detection, scenario modeling).
- Proficient in AI solution architecting bridging Finance domain and technical teams, including fluency with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, LangChain, AutoGen.
- Has managed mid-sized teams and contributed to consulting deliverables such as playbooks, process frameworks, and transition templates.
