About This Role
- Own retail planning including channel, category, month, and partner-wise sales and inventory strategy aligned with global standards localized for Indian consumers.
- Manage inventory operations including planning, stock allocation, SAP order processing, discrepancy analysis, and cyclic counts to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Lead retail initiatives like incentive program design, partner sales tie-ups, SOP policy making, and KPI tracking with insights delivered in India and APAC presentations using AI tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in store and retail operations with global large format retail brands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Work Experience Required: 10 years in relevant retail operations.

- Experienced in aligning global retail initiatives and standards within the Indian market context.
- Skilled in managing complex multi-channel retail operations and inventory using ERP systems like SAP.
