About This Role
- Own quality assurance and functional testing of TJX's core retail buying systems within the Global Buying Tools Agile Release Train (ART).
- Lead functional roadmap, contribute to story refinement, issue triaging, and end-to-end functional and automation testing for retail buying tools and integrations.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for complex integrations including web applications, APIs, and cloud implementations, ensuring operational readiness for new features.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years experience as Test Engineer, Business Analyst, or Functional Testing with proven retail domain expertise.
- Proficient with software testing lifecycle, testing methodologies, and tools including Jira, Confluence, HP/ALM, or Zephyr.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute medium to high complexity manual and automated test cases and manage defect triage and reporting.
- Experience in retail domain functional processes, web application testing, API testing, and automated test scripting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale retail environments with strong functional knowledge of retail buying processes and purchase order system integrations.
- Skilled in both manual and automated testing within Agile Scrum teams collaborating across geographies.
- Comfortable working with cloud technologies, and scripting for automation, preferably with exposure to Azure, SQL/NoSQL databases, and tools like TOSCA (good to have).
