About This Role
- Develop and enhance Greenlight's web-based experiences, integrating closely with product managers and designers.
- Support and mentor web development teams, establish standards, and define best practices for web technologies.
- Scale and maintain backend services to ensure reliability and performance for a growing user base.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Experience building single page applications with modern frameworks and REST APIs using Node.js backend services.
- Ability to effectively context switch in fast-paced environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full stack development with a focus on performance, scalability, and observability.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment involving domain teams, product managers, and designers.
- Familiarity with build/measure/learn processes and lean startup methodology for iterative product development.
