About This Role
- Maintain clear roadmaps, priorities, and dependencies across eight teams and 70+ product modules.
- Lead software release planning, coordinate testing, documentation, and communication while managing risks and timelines.
- Validate key school workflows before release and ensure outcomes reviews with product/design/engineering teams post-release.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years in product operations, programme management, product management, or software delivery.
- Experience working with software product, design, and engineering teams, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven experience in coordinating software releases across teams, identifying dependencies, and resolving competing priorities.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years in relevant fields as stated above.

- Hands-on operator who enjoys understanding complex software and precise issue validation in user workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate customer feedback and product data into actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable working in education or related domains with attention to detail and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
