About This Role
- Own team velocity, predictability, and capacity planning ensuring commitments are realistic and delivery consistent.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and manage cross-team dependencies to avoid blocking downstream product launches.
- Protect the engineering team from distractions and enforce strict quality gates aligned with regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM field.
- Minimum 10+ years Agile delivery experience, including at least 7 years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
- Experience managing Enterprise Platform software in large, global, matrixed organizations.
- Experience in regulated industries requiring strict documentation and Quality Management System compliance (Healthcare, Finance, Aerospace).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expert in Agile frameworks with certification: CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.
- Strong proficiency in Rally (preferred) or Jira with ability to configure boards and run reports.
- Experienced operating in regulated environments balancing compliance and agility while coaching teams and leadership on Agile practices.
