About This Role
- Lead end-to-end global implementation of the Intelex EHS management platform, overseeing planning, design, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and cross-functional coordination among HSE, IT, HR, Security, Legal, Procurement, and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, governance models, and conduct regular executive reporting, including managing change management and user adoption activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years experience managing enterprise software implementations or technical programs.
- Experience with SaaS, EHS, compliance, HR, ERP, or other enterprise platform implementations.
- Strong technical skills in system integrations, APIs, data migration, testing, and production deployment.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years managing enterprise software implementations or technical programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience implementing EHS platforms, preferably Intelex, with knowledge of EHS processes like incident management, compliance, training, and contractor management.
- Proven ability to manage complex, global, multi-stakeholder projects involving integrations with systems like Workday, Salesforce, and identity management.
- Ability to navigate fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple priorities, and produce executive level reports and governance for technology projects.
