About This Role
- Lead and support multiple cross-functional Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks to deliver technology projects.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and planning events including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Program Increment events to ensure predictable delivery.
- Coordinate across teams, stakeholders, and vendors to remove blockers, track performance metrics and risks, and improve Agile maturity and delivery outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years experience in Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, or similar Agile leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Proven capability to manage multiple Agile teams and stakeholder expectations in complex enterprise environments.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years in relevant Agile roles
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience operating in complex, distributed, and fast-paced enterprise IT environments supporting digital transformation projects.
- Demonstrated ability coaching teams on Agile principles and driving cross-functional collaboration to improve team performance and delivery predictability.
- Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe), planning and release management, and working with global, cross-functional teams in regulated industries (healthcare is a plus).
