About This Role
- Lead and support multiple cross-functional Agile teams to deliver projects using Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and Program Increment (PI) events to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate across teams, stakeholders, and vendors to remove blockers and track delivery metrics and risks.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, or similar Agile leadership role.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing product backlogs, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience leading Agile teams in large, complex, and distributed enterprise environments, preferably with healthcare or regulated industries experience (nice to have).
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment between business and technology teams at various organizational levels.
- Demonstrated success coaching teams on Agile principles to improve team performance, delivery predictability, and Agile maturity.
