About This Role
- Develop and execute product strategy for Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enable product delivery, sales support, and marketing.
- Drive process improvements to enhance funnel efficiency, conversion rates, and ensure risk and compliance adherence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in product management within banking/financial services, specifically in secured lending and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability.
- Location requirement: Regional Office Mumbai.

- Experienced in managing secured lending products, particularly LAP, within the Indian consumer lending market.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, credit, operations, legal, compliance, and marketing teams.
- Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.
