About This Role
- Lead and support multiple cross-functional Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and plan sprint and release activities to achieve predictable, high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to remove blockers, manage dependencies, track delivery metrics, and coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, or similar Agile leadership role.
- Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Experience managing product backlogs, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations in complex enterprise environments.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years in relevant Agile leadership roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving cross-functional collaboration and alignment between business and technology stakeholders in large, dynamic, distributed teams.
- Proven ability to improve team performance, delivery predictability, and Agile maturity within enterprise-scale projects.
- Familiarity with healthcare or regulated industries, cloud-based applications, and Agile certifications such as CSM or SAFe Scrum Master is a plus.
