About This Role
- Lead discovery and onboarding activities with business stakeholders to identify and validate product needs and opportunities.
- Translate stakeholder feedback and product insights into clear requirements, workflows, and measures of success for diverse teams including Product Managers and engineering.
- Support product adoption via demonstrations, communication, user testing, and continuous improvement focused on knowledge-management and AI-enabled products.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years experience in product analysis, business analysis, product operations, or related roles involving stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.
- Working knowledge of product development lifecycle and software development practices.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years as explicitly stated in the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in engaging cross-functional and geographically distributed teams and influencing without direct authority.
- Comfortable analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable product recommendations and requirements.
- Familiarity or experience with AI-enabled products, knowledge-management solutions, and related business processes preferred.
