About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned digital workforce, knowledge-management, and AI-enabled product capabilities including feature definition, backlog prioritization, release, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Translate product strategy and validated user needs into prioritized backlog items with acceptance criteria, managing trade-offs, dependencies, and technical considerations throughout software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineering, data, AI, security, and business stakeholders to ensure products meet measurable outcomes, quality, governance, and user expectations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Product Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or related digital product role managing complex products or capabilities independently.
- Experience with Agile product development practices, backlog management, and software development lifecycle.
- Experience supporting enterprise products/platforms including planning, development, validation, release, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced handling complex, enterprise-scale digital products with dependencies across engineering, architecture, data, AI, security, and compliance domains.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to resolve competing priorities and align delivery with strategic product outcomes.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams in Agile environments, preferably with knowledge of AI-enabled or workforce solutions products.
