About This Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for portfolio of AI-driven solutions and services.
- Drive revenue growth through new solutions and enhance customer retention by adding value to existing solutions.
- Collaborate across functions and stakeholders to align goals, optimize margins, and successfully bring innovative solutions to market throughout the lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in product management or related field.
- Must have technical understanding of AI, high performance computing or related industry and knowledge of digital banking and payments industry.
- Hybrid work model requiring on average 2 days per week onsite at HPE office in India.

- Experienced in leading complex, ambiguous projects and able to mentor or lead cross-functional teams to achieve results.
- Strong financial acumen with skills in cost-efficient solution building and financial metrics analysis.
- Deep market acumen combined with ability to define value propositions and bring disruptive AI solutions to market.
