About This Role
- Lead and manage complex process improvement initiatives using Lean, Agile, and change management methodologies to improve business quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coach and develop senior leaders and a group of coaches to adopt agile mindsets, behaviors, and processes across a business unit of 100-200 people, and deliver medium to large Agile programs valued at approximately 5M-10M.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, measure improvement outcomes with key metrics, and ensure smooth adoption of new processes minimizing operational disruption.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, or change management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (graduate degree preferred).
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (onsite) at Vanguard India.
- Preferred certifications include Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above), Prosci Change Management, Agile/Scrum certifications, and advanced Agile coaching or scaled Agile certifications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading end-to-end business process improvement programs and agile transformations at a medium to large scale within technology or business units.
- Skilled in coaching senior leadership and multiple agile coaches to uplift organizational agility and drive sustainable behavioral change.
- Strong expertise in applying structured change management and agile methodologies to complex program delivery and behavioral transformation.
