About This Role
- Design, develop, and execute tests for new Ethernet product features including system tests covering regression, performance, functional, and security aspects.
- Write automation tests and framework APIs using Python to support software GA releases and updates.
- Review architecture, design, and requirements; report and debug bugs in collaboration with R&D teams to ensure product quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA with networking domain expertise.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Confirmed practical knowledge of networking protocols including BGP/EVPN, VXLAN/OSPF, multicast (PIM/IGMP), and QoS features (PFC/ECN/RoCE).
- Proficient in Python scripting and Linux Bash for automation, with solid ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Python automation and source control tools, with good Linux and Linux kernel knowledge.
- Networking certifications such as CCNP or CCIE considered advantageous.
- Familiarity with compute and virtualization platforms like Linux KVM, VMware, and ESXi is a plus.
