About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, development, and integration of enterprise MDM solutions on Reltio platform.
- Own end-to-end technical architecture, release planning, and governance for multiple MDM platforms and integrations across Azure stack.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and support teams, ensuring data quality, secure coding, and SLA adherence.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Proven tech lead experience including code quality governance, design reviews, and technical sign-offs.
- Strong expertise in Reltio MDM architecture, configuration (L3), Java development, REST APIs, and Azure components (Functions, Service Bus).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and production support for MDM and integrations.

- Experienced in managing complex enterprise MDM platforms and cross-functional integrations with measurable impact on data governance and quality.
- Skilled in translating business needs into scalable technical solutions on Reltio and Azure ecosystems.
- Able to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive continuous platform improvements and issue resolution in regulated environments.
