About This Role
- Own the technical health, roadmap execution, and engineering quality of GSKDirect B2B eCommerce platforms built on SAP Commerce Cloud and Composable Storefront.
- Manage vendor technical leads and multi-disciplinary DevOps teams, ensuring agile sprint delivery, quality, and compliance with ITMS controls in a regulated environment.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in SAP Commerce Cloud, headless commerce architecture, and drive continuous improvements including AI-assisted engineering and platform modernization.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years software engineering experience with 6+ years on enterprise eCommerce platforms using SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
- 5+ years leading engineering teams including managing vendor technical leads and onshore–offshore delivery.
- Deep hands-on expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Java/J2EE, Spring, OCC APIs, etc.), SAP Composable Storefront (Angular, TypeScript), B2B commerce capabilities, agile delivery tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience managing ITMS controls, security, and compliance in regulated environments.

- Strong technical operator with deep expertise in headless commerce architecture and multi-technology platform ownership in regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors preferred.
- Strategic partner to business and enterprise architecture teams translating market needs into scalable, secure, compliant technical solutions and roadmaps.
