About This Role
- Manage the Source to Pay (S2P) backlog using Kanban/Scrum to ensure clear prioritization, refinement, and readiness for delivery.
- Coordinate and schedule small projects, managing timelines, risks/issues/dependencies (RAID), documentation compliance, and reporting artifacts.
- Drive Program Increment (PI) prioritization and continuous improvement in intake, prioritization, and delivery flow effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management OR 6+ years experience in these domains without degree.
- 3+ years experience in Project Management or Agile delivery using Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Scrum Master Certification or Service Delivery Manager experience mandatory.
- Proficient with Jira/Confluence and MS Office; strong adherence to documentation standards required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Sourcing/Procurement domains with hands-on Agile backlog management and PI prioritization experience.
- Detail-oriented with audit-ready documentation skills; comfortable managing dependencies and risks proactively.
- Capable of managing complex scheduling and coordinating cross-team dependencies in a dynamic environment with continuous improvement focus.
