About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design of complex product features from problem understanding through design, testing, and iteration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals and technical constraints.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design systems for UI consistency and product language maintenance.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in product design for digital applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, systems thinking, and shipped product experiences.
- Deep expertise in Figma including components, auto layout, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and building live prototypes in code, not just click-through prototypes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in B2B or SaaS product design, preferably in enterprise, security, or AI-powered tools.
- Ability to operate with high ownership and autonomy in fast-paced, evolving teams.
- Proven skills in bridging design with technical development via code-based prototyping and collaboration with engineers.
