About This Role
- Lead and mentor a global People Operations team (GCC team for JAPAC, AMER, and EMEA) ensuring process accuracy and seamless service delivery during peak volumes.
- Drive process improvements, streamline operations, and resolve escalations within a matrixed environment to boost efficiency and compliance.
- Analyze KPIs, develop reports to influence senior management, and lead enablement and change management programs for process excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Talent Operations or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience managing People Operations or Talent Acquisition teams in a global, matrixed environment.
- Strong knowledge of background checks, contracts, onboarding, internal mobility, and Workday Recruit.
- Role not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-regional teams supporting JAPAC, India, AMER, EMEA, and Israel.
- Skilled in operational leadership with hands-on problem solving and escalation management in global settings.
- Data-driven decision maker proficient in analyzing KPIs to influence strategic process improvements and change management.
