About This Role
- Own automation testing for web-based applications ensuring comprehensive test coverage and reduced delivery time.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java/C# and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and execute various testing types including functional, integration, and exploratory testing while preparing test strategies and reports.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in automation testing for web-based applications.
- Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Specflow, BDD, Protractor, WebDriver IO using Java/C#.
- Experience with SQL, test management tools (TFS/MTM, ALM), and defect tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla).
- Understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in scripting and setting up automation environments including VM configurations and runners.
- Capable of translating complex requirements into detailed test scenarios, cases, and scripts with risk analysis.
- Experienced in working in Agile teams with a strong background in both manual and automation testing of web and Windows applications.
