About This Role
- Own automation testing for web-based applications to ensure comprehensive test coverage and reduce time from idea to live business implementation.
- Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts using Java/C# and related technologies.
- Collaborate on test strategy including creating test scenarios, plans, and reporting results within Agile teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in automation testing, especially for web-based applications.
- Strong proficiency in Java or C# with hands-on experience in Selenium, Specflow, BDD, Protractor, or WebDriver IO.
- Experience with SQL (medium complexity queries), REST/web services testing tools (POSTMAN, REST Assured, SOAP UI), and version control systems (e.g., GIT).
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TFS/MTM).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in in-sprint automation supporting CI/CD pipelines for rapid business delivery.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into effective automated test cases and comprehensive test strategy artifacts.
- Familiarity or prior experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) testing or regulated bio/pharmaceutical software environments is a plus.
