About This Role
- Lead strategic direction and management of enterprise-wide application development, cloud services, and Microsoft D365 platform implementation.
- Oversee delivery of projects/programs adhering to ITIL, DevOps, SDLC, Agile, and security best practices while managing risks, quality, and deadlines.
- Drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth through team leadership, resource management, and fostering innovation in technology services.
Minimum Requirements
- 18+ years of work experience in IT delivery roles focusing on Custom Applications Development (end to end), Verification & Validation, and Cloud.
- Experience managing Microsoft Technology practices and cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
- Educational qualification: MBA and B.E degree.
- Prior experience with Microsoft or Open source technologies; AI/Gen AI experience is preferred but not mandatory.
