About This Role
- Lead architecture, development, and implementation of scalable, secure backend solutions using Java/Python across multiple platforms.
- Provide technical leadership including solution approval, problem resolution, performance optimization, and mentoring engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with IT and security policies, oversee testing, documentation, and drive continuous technical improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of software development, architecture, and system integration experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT (B.E./B.Tech) or Computer Applications (BCA/MCA).
- Hands-on expertise in Java, Python, Spring Boot, Node.js, RESTful APIs, AWS (ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.), and related cloud/container/serverless technologies.
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (onsite/hybrid work).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in technical leadership roles with a track record of delivering scalable enterprise applications.
- Strong backend development skills with knowledge of modern cloud architectures and data integration tools.
- Able to engage effectively with stakeholders to communicate technical risks and solutions while mentoring engineering teams.
