About This Role
- Build and scale AI Assistant features using Generative AI and Agentic AI workflows within a large Ruby on Rails backend application.
- Develop full-stack tools with React/Redux to enable customers to configure and monitor network infrastructure, owning projects end-to-end from concept to production.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver AI-powered solutions addressing scalability, performance, and reliability challenges.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years professional software engineering experience.
- 3+ years experience with backend web technologies, preferably Ruby on Rails.
- 1+ years experience building web UIs with React and Redux.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing and scaling large cloud-based Ruby on Rails applications with complex backend challenges.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in cross-functional teams involving product and UX for AI-enabled solutions.
- Has practical knowledge or interest in Generative AI, Agentic AI, or intelligent automation applied to IT infrastructure management.
