About This Role
- Lead planning, funding, delivery, and value proof of technology investments in Enterprise Systems & Employee Technology with 1-year and 3-year portfolio plans and governance.
- Drive transition from a standard delivery model to AI-enabled delivery including methodology, governance, and measuring delivery outcomes.
- Oversee data center and cloud operations including asset traceability, optimization of workloads, production system reliability, and cross-border operational issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in IT program management, portfolio management, PMO leadership, or delivery transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience leading others.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant IT management roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving adoption of AI-assisted delivery across the software delivery lifecycle and outcome measurement.
- Proven capability in enterprise portfolio governance, multi-year technology planning including financial case development and budget management.
- Skilled in managing complex cross-functional and cross-border programs with knowledge of delivery controls, audits, and vendor management in regulated environments.
