About This Role
- Develop and implement AI-powered and data-driven solutions to enhance the reliability and autonomy of critical business systems.
- Analyze operational data and telemetry to identify risks, improve system stability, and drive proactive issue prevention.
- Lead reliability initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and continuous improvement of enterprise technology solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong experience with SAP applications, business processes, and Parts applications/integrations.
- Proven expertise in supporting complex enterprise applications and developing AI-powered, automation, or predictive analytics solutions.
- Role requires working onsite five days a week; Visa sponsorship is not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep technical expertise combining enterprise application knowledge (especially SAP and Parts systems) with AI and advanced analytics capabilities.
- Experienced in operational telemetry analysis and improving system observability and automation for business-critical solutions.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across IT infrastructure, architecture, application teams, and business stakeholders to enable scalable, reliable, and autonomous operations.
